Data Deletion Instructions

Corex Software Private Limited ("Corex") operates CoreX LeadOS. This page explains how to delete the data we hold about you, including data we received through Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform, Facebook Pages, and Instagram). See our Privacy Policy for what we collect and why.

1. If you are a CoreX LeadOS customer

  1. Sign in and open Integrations.
  2. Disconnect the integration you want to remove (WhatsApp, Facebook/Instagram). This stops all further data collection and deletes the access credentials we stored for it.
  3. To also delete the conversations, leads and templates already stored in your workspace, or to close your account entirely, email [email protected] from your account email address with the subject "Data deletion request".

2. If you messaged a business that uses CoreX LeadOS

If you contacted a business on WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger or Instagram and that business uses CoreX LeadOS, your messages are stored in that business's workspace, and the business decides what to keep. You can ask the business directly to delete them, or email [email protected] with the subject "Data deletion request", your phone number or profile name, and the business you contacted. We will identify matching records and delete them, or pass the request to the business.

3. Remove the app from your Facebook or Instagram account

  1. Go to your Facebook account's Settings & privacy → Settings.
  2. Open Business integrations (or Apps and websites).
  3. Select CoreX LeadOS and choose Remove.
  4. Tick the option to delete the data the app received from you, if offered.

Removing the app revokes its access to your Meta account. To have us delete the data already stored, also send the email request described above.

4. What happens after you ask

  • We confirm your request by email within 7 days.
  • We delete or anonymize the data within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep it (for example, billing records).
  • We reply to confirm once the deletion is complete.
